Vice President of Acquisitions & Leasing
Well before joining Saletin Real Estate Group in 2013, Cris Crecelius was busy laying the groundwork that makes him the committed Vice President of Acquisitions & Leasing he is today. In this key position, Cris oversees the leasing operations of nearly one million square feet of office, retail, and mixed-use properties throughout Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts, and downtown Boston. On the new business front, Cris actively seeks projects and sites that are well suited to Saletin Real Estate Group's increasing portfolio of property management and development work. In addition to his keen economic sense and project management skills, Cris brings to the table his experience as a real estate . Among his accomplishments working with owners, landlords, tenants, and buyers, Cris successfully negotiated commercial properties sales in excess of $7 million and leases for 300,000 s/f of commercial space.
Additionally, he worked on the redevelopment and repositioning of a mixed-use historic building in downtown Providence and several scattered site affordable housing projects. Cris received a CoStar Power Broker Award in 2012, and has served on the International Council of Shopping Center's Next-Gen Committee, Rhode Island chapter. He graduated with honors with an economics degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. An avid golfer, Cris also enjoys boating, especially taking in the Newport Folk Festival from the water.
