At the helm of Saletin Real Estate Group is Jeffrey Saletin, who has nearly 40 years of commercial real estate management and development experience. Jeff holds a B.S. in Accounting from King’s College, in his early years worked for as a certified public accountant at the international public accounting firm Arthur Andersen & Co. (formerly one of the “Big Five”). He was later named Corporate Controller at Host Enterprises, Inc., a publicly held resort hotel development and management company that was acquired by Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Prior to founding Saletin Real Estate Group, Mr. Saletin worked for Picerne Real Estate Group, one of the 10 largest developers of multi-family housing in the United States. In his position as assistant to the president of Picerne, he focused on acquisitions, development, and syndication of apartment complexes and retail centers.
As President of Saletin Real Estate Group, Jeff has directed the firm’s growth, adding services, staff and locations, yet always remaining accessible. While Saletin Real Estate Group’s primary business focus continues to be commercial real estate acquisitions, development and property management, Jeff also brings a wealth of expertise to the table, including: real estate debt placement; joint venture equity raising; asset “crisis” management; and strategic business planning. Simply put, Jeff has a reputation as a "go-to" expert in the field. In addition to Jeff's involvement in business in the community, he supports a number of charitable causes and civic efforts. Real estate isn't Jeff's only passion -- he's an avid collector who loves flea markets - especially Brimfield Antique Show and Flea Market come spring and fall.
