Founded by industry “go-to” expert Jeffrey Saletin in 1984, SREG has developed and managed retail shopping centers, mixed-use properties, offices parks, commercial buildings and luxury homes across the region. Today, the company’s portfolio of properties surpasses 1,000,000 square feet.

Jeffrey Saletin, President
At the helm of Saletin Real Estate Group is Jeffrey Saletin, who has nearly 40 years of commercial real estate management and development experience.
Cris Crecelius, VP Acquisitions & Leasing
Well before joining Saletin Real Estate Group in 2013, Cris Crecelius was busy laying the groundwork that makes him the committed Vice President of Acquisitions & Leasing he is today.
Matt Botelho, Controller
After joining Saletin Real Estate Group in 2015, the team was quickly impressed by Matthew Botelho’s varied and extensive accounting experience. As the company’s Controller, Matthew keeps a tight rein on the many nuances of property management accounting.
Leslie Anderson, Marketing
Leslie brings a myriad of experience to Saletin Real Estate Group that includes publishing, advertising, and marketing. As Director of Marketing, Leslie is part of a Marketing and Leasing Team known for its responsiveness to the brokerage community and prospective tenants.
Jay Phillips, Accounting
Rounding out the Accounting Department is Jay Phillips, whose keen attention to detail provides additional professionalism in our accounting services. At Saletin Real Estate Group, Jay’s accounting arena includes: accounts payable, accounts receivable, utility allocation, and CAM and tax reconciliations.
Maddy Josefson, Accounting
Maddy’s become a go-to resource in the SREG Accounting Department with her positive attitude and willingness to lend a hand whenever needed.
Bill Johnson, Management
As Senior Property Manager of The Village at South County Commons, Rhode Island's premiere lifestyle center, one of the properties Saletin Real Estate Group manages, Bill Johnson is responsible for more than 200,000 s.f. of retail, restaurant, service, and office space, as well as a bank, daycare center and spa.
